Test units for shut-off valves
Valves often play a key role in the industrial installation. Still 50-60% of the fugitive emission of industrial installations is caused by leaking valves. Ventil Test Equipment delivers universal test units for testing any type of Gate-, Globe-, Plug-, Ball-, Check-, Slide- and Butterfly valve with flange-, thread or weld connections.

Test systems
Analogue, digital or semi-automatic (computerized) test systems for testing the body- & seat tightness:
Liquid test systems: 0-1500 bar / 21750 PSI.
Gas test systems: 0-500 bar / 7250 PSI.
Analogue or digital seat leakage measuring systems

Test standards
The Ventil test units are designed for testing according to the common recognized test standards for pressure testing valves (ANSI, API, BS, DIN, ISO, MSS/SPI and EC) or according to your special requirements.

Safety & quality
All Ventil test units are standard completed with several safety systems for absolute safety of the operator, for example a safety interlock on the clamping system, safety alarm flash light and strong safety screen between the control panel and clamping system.

Clamping force
The valve nominal diameter and test pressure determine the required clamping force. All Ventil clamping systems can be completed with a full automatic, proportional clamping force arrangement, to prevent any extended force and deformation of the valve body.
