Test Units for Safety Valves

Test units for safety relief valves

Pre- and periodical testing and (re)adjusting of safety valves is essential in order to maintain the overall quality and safety. The Ventil test units are specially designed for easy and effective testing and setting any type of spring-, weight- or pilot operated safety (relief) valve.

Automatic testing and registration

The additional computer registration system gives you accurate digital reading, stores the test values and allows you to directly print a complete test certificate. You just enter the set pressure and the 'CRS' automatically tests your safety valve and registrates the; set pressure, re-seating pressure and seat leakage.

Test systems

Analogue, digital or semi-automatic (computerized) test systems for testing- & setting the set pressure, blow-down (reseating) pressure and seat tightness, with; Gas or liquid test systems: 0-500 bar / 7250 PSI. Vacuum - pressure test systems for breather valves and other tank safety's Analogue or digital seat leakage measuring systems Optional: pneumatic or electrical gas compressor and storage systems.

Quick clamping
The Ventil test units are completed with one or a combination of several different, automatic clamping systems for clamping your complete range of flanged or 'screwed' safety valves within seconds on the inlet connection.

Pressure setting or Full lift testing
The test units are standard completed with a pressure accumulator for creating sufficient lift when reaching the set point. Alternatively the test unit is completed with a 150 liter / 5.5 ft3 test vessel with 2 or 4"full bore test connection for 'full-lift' testing.
